Pork Roast

This is super yummy!

Ingredients:

1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp Tony's
1 pack of dry Italian dressing mix
1 2-3 pound pork roast


Directions:

Combine first 4 ingredients and pour over roast. Cook on low 6-8 hours, or on high 4-6 hours.

Fabulously easy Pork Chops

These are incredibly easy and absolutely to die for!

Ingredients:
2-3 pounds of pork chops
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
1 cup of sliced onions


Directions:

Pour last 3 ingredients over the pork chops in the crock-pot. Cook on low 6 hours or on high 4 hours.

Pepper Steak

This is fantastic with white rice.

INGREDIENTS

2 pounds beef sirloin, cut into 2 inch strips
garlic powder to taste
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cube beef bouillon
1/4 cup hot water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 large green bell peppers, roughly chopped
1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, with liquid
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS
Sprinkle strips of sirloin with garlic powder to taste. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil and brown the seasoned beef strips. Transfer to a slow cooker.
Mix bouillon cube with hot water until dissolved, then mix in cornstarch until dissolved. Pour into the slow cooker with meat. Stir in onion, green peppers, stewed tomatoes, soy sauce, sugar, and salt.
Cover, and cook on High for 3 to 4 hours, or on Low for 6 to 8 hours.

Kitchen Sink Chicken

This is my own creation. I used to make it in the oven, but the crock pot works even better. It's always moist and tender. Fabulous!

Kitchen Sink Chicken

Ingredients
1 2-3 pound whole roasting chicken (try using the roasters with the pop-out meat thermometer in the breast)
1 TBL Spoon Salt
1 TBL Spoon Pepper
1 TBL Spoon Oregano
1 TBL Spoon Tony Sacharies
1 TBL Spoon Garlic Powder
1 TBL Spoon Rosemary
1 TBL Spoon Basil
2 TBL spoon of Italian Dressing
3 TBL Spoon Butter
3 cloves garlic
1/2 large onion
2-3 stalks of celery

Directions
Melt 3 tablespoons butter and mix together with spices and Italian Dressing- keep warm.
Mix together garlic, ½ large onion and 2-3 stalks of celery.
Pour 1/4 of the spice-mixture and 1/2 of the garlic/onion/celery mixture into cavity of chicken.
Pour remaining spice-mixture and garlic/onion/celery mixture over chicken, covering completely.
Cook in Crock Pot 6-8 hours on Low

Chicken Fettuccini

Another HUGE hit here. It's a weekly MUST in this house

Chicken Fettuccini

Ingredients

1 1⁄2 pounds chicken breast tenders (or boneless, skinless breasts)
1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, cut into chunks
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, cut into pieces
1 1⁄2 cups grated Parmesan cheese, plus additional for garnish
1 1⁄2 cups whole milk
1 package (1 pound) fettuccini

Directions
Spray inside of 5-quart CROCK-POT® slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange chicken in single layer in bottom of CROCK-POT® slow cooker. Top with mushroom soup. Sprinkle salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
Stir together cream cheese, butter, Parmesan cheese and milk in medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk constantly until smooth and heated through. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW 4 to 5 hours or on HIGH 2 to 2 1⁄2 hours.

Chicken bacon ranch
Ingredients
1 2.8 oz jar real bacon pieces (I use Hormel- see pic)
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 hidden valley ranch dressing mix
10 3/4 ounces cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients. Pour mixture over chicken in slow cooker. Cook 3-4 hours on low.

Crock-Pot Meat-Loaf

This is SUPER Yummy. It's got a nice kick to it and is really moist.

Ingredients
1/2 cup salsa
Taco dry seasoning mix, 1 package divided
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup stuffing mix
2 tsp table salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp Tony's seasoning
2 pound lean ground turkey or ground beef

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, except 1/2 of the taco seasoning. Mix well shape into loaf and place in slow cooker. Sprinkle with remaining taco seasoning. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours
